This website is run by AdVybe Digital Marketing ("AdVybe", "we"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email hello@advybe.ae.
We only collect what you type into this site, plus the basic analytics described below. We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Our legal bases are your consent (you choose to send the form or start the chat) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website. You never have to give us personal data to read the site.
We use a small number of providers to run the site. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
We do not set cookies of our own. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. They are not used for advertising. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same without them.
Our providers store and process data outside the UAE, mainly in the United States. We use established providers with security commitments and contractual safeguards for these transfers.
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored data is encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and the forms, chat and website check are protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need, for as long as we need it.

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted on the homepage for 30 days.
