Quantum Edge Cleaning

Quantum Edge Cleaning had a website that kept breaking and had become a burden to manage. Worse, it was invisible in the places customers were actually looking, and nobody could tell which enquiries the site was generating, so there was no way to judge what the marketing was worth.

We started by finding where demand was being lost, rather than where the site looked dated. Three gaps surfaced: enquiries were not being tracked at all, so no decision could be measured; sixteen areas the business genuinely serves had no presence in local search; and the service pages carried too little substance to be picked up by the AI assistants now answering these questions for buyers.

We rebuilt the site to be fast, reliable and cheap to run, and transferred ownership of it to the client before any retainer was signed. We also built an email programme that follows up automatically, with separate journeys for the commercial and residential sides of the business.
